Refund Policy
This is a digital product delivered instantly. Once the file has been downloaded it cannot be returned, so please read the free sample pages on the sales page before buying.
When we will refund you in full
- You were charged more than once for the same order.
- Payment succeeded but you never received access to the file.
- The file is corrupted or will not open, and we cannot supply a working replacement.
- You were charged but the order was not one you placed.
When we will not refund you
- You have downloaded and read the guide and changed your mind.
- You expected content the sales page did not claim to include.
- You did not get the results you hoped for. The guide describes a process; it does not guarantee sales or income.
How to request one
Email contact@vinoraai.com within 7 days of purchase with your order ID and the email address used at checkout. We reply within 2 working days. Approved refunds are returned through Razorpay to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
Cancellations
Because delivery is immediate, orders cannot be cancelled after payment is completed. This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, so there is nothing to cancel later.
