Shipping and Delivery Policy
Digital delivery only
Every product sold on this website is a digital file. Nothing is physically shipped, so no shipping address, courier or delivery charge applies.
When you receive your files
Access is granted immediately after your payment is confirmed. You receive your files in two ways:
- Download links appear on screen as soon as the payment succeeds.
- The same links are emailed to the address used at checkout, usually within a few minutes.
What you receive
- Create & Sell Your Own eBook — the complete guide in PDF format.
- VinoraAI eBook Worksheet — the accompanying worksheets in PDF format.
How long the links last
Links on the confirmation screen remain valid for 48 hours. Emailed links remain valid for 30 days. Please download your files and keep a personal copy. If a link expires, email us and we will issue a replacement at no cost.
If delivery fails
If your payment was successful but you did not receive your files, first check the spam or promotions folder of your email. If it is not there, email contact@vinoraai.com with your Order ID and we will resend your links, usually within 2 working days. If we cannot deliver the files at all, you receive a full refund as set out in our Refund Policy.
What you need
Any device with a PDF reader and an internet connection. The main guide is a large file, so we recommend downloading it over a stable connection rather than mobile data.
